Feline One, when launched in 2016, will set the record for the most expensive motorcycle. The Swiss company, Feline Motorcycles, has recently revealed the sketch for this bike and by its looks; it is surely extremely attractive and has a futuristic touch.
Feline One has been said to be modelled from carbon titanium, leather as well as aerospace aluminium. Powered by an 801 cc, tri-cylinder engine, the bike is capable of producing a power of 169 bhp and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Incidentally, the name of the engine manufacturer has been kept a secret, owing to unknown reasons. The bike is exceptionally light, weighing 155 kilograms only. The price tag of the bike has been fixed at $280,000, which comes to around 1.75 crores INR. The company has decided that the bike will be manufactured only for 50 units, ever.
Yacouba Galle, lead designer of Feline Motorcycles, said, "Feline is the combination of sophistication and high technology for highly demanding customers looking for innovative and unique novelties. During 10 years I tested the best machines around the world and my conclusion has been to make a synthesis of two worlds: the best that I encountered and my vision of the motorbike of the future, Feline was born."
