Bajaj Allianz General Insurance has launched a new three year insurance policy for two-wheelers. This service will provide cover for up to three years for less renewal worries, similar to other insurance companies. Additionally, the policy comes with a 24x7 roadside assistance service, complementary for women and chargeable for men.
The 24x7 roadside assistance service will be offered complementary to women customers through the company's service provider during the first year of the launch. This facility will be available in 80 cities across the country. Bajaj say it will make travel worry free and safe for women.
The 24x7 roadside assistance provided by Bajaj Allianz includes: Covering a flat tyre and flat battery as well as fuel assistance, delivery of spare keys, towing, minor repair facilities, legal advice, accommodation or taxi benefits and medical co-ordination.
Under this long-term policy, the customers will not only get an advantage of an extra no-claim bonus on renewal of the policy, but also will not lose out on the no claim bonus even in the case of a claim made during the policy period. The policy allows refund of premium with cancellation of policy, even if a claim for partial loss is filed during the policy period.
