Amid all these auto makers, India’s largest passenger car maker Maruti Suzuki India Limited is also selling its Estilo hatchback at a price of Rs. 3.4 lakh and offering freebies worth Rs. 40,000 on its Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) Ertiga. Another Japanese auto maker Toyota is also striving hard to lure a number of buyers across the stand of Innova with an EMI of Rs. 14,999 and exchange bonus worth Rs. 20,000. The auto sector has already witnessed a fall of 25.7 per cent in February 2013, which appeared as the biggest dip in the last 12 years. Owing to this, the car makers are offering significant discounts to witness a surge in their sales.

Interestingly, a number of auto makers end their financial year on March 31 and therefore, the dealers and sales personnel of the auto companies strive hard to reach their incentives and bonus during the month. Following this, buyers also comes in market during March 2013 to experience a number of fair deals. Along with making incentives, a number of dealers also look March to clear their inventories before the end of financial year. Industry experts are also of a view that besides receiving a number of interesting deals from the auto companies, buyers can also enjoy other benefits during the month, like they can bargain for floor mats, steering cover and a music system, which might also come completely free in their new car.
