Audi is all set to change your perspective if you thought that the current spec TT Coupe and the TT Roadster looked sporty. Yes, they’ve just unveiled the sporty limited edition TT S line competition with prices that range from Euros 41,940 (Rs 31.40 lakh) for the coupe to Euros 44,340 (Rs 33.20 lakh) for the roadster.

Audi reveals S line competition version for the TT

This version should hit the European market by the end of 2016, and will come with a number of exterior and interior upgrades like a glossy black finish for the ‘Singleframe’ grille, front splitter, door mirrors, rear diffuser, and the fixed rear wing. There’s also an exquisite black chrome finish for the tailpipes.
Also seen on the TT S line competition is the glossy black 19-inch five-spoke blade design alloy wheels and red brake callipers. Engineers now use a sport suspension setup that lowers the TT’s ride height by 10mm, and also uses firmer springs and dampers.
Unique interior upgrades include the S-embossed sport seats with optional adjustments for lateral support, and the flat-bottomed three-spoked S line sport leather steering wheel. A new sport screen on the standard Audi virtual cockpit instrument cluster shows a central tachometer with a speed display on the entire instrument cluster.
Meanwhile, the dashboard has a honeycomb pattern, finished in soft touch plastics and a brushed aluminium finish. A slate grey chrome shade can also be seen highlighting the centre console clips, air vents, and seat trims. As the black leather and Alcantara can be seen extensively in the cabin, so is the presence of grey contrast stitching.
The S line competition will use the 230bhp 2.0-litre TFSI engine, and will either be offered in a front-wheel drive version with a six-speed manual gearbox or an S-tronic ‘box, or, a Quattro all-wheel drive version with only the S-tronic gearbox.
