German automaker Audi has been testing its new model Audi A7 for the Indian customers. The car has been spied testing on Indian roads near Pune. The car clearly had no signs of the new model nor did it have any logos or badges on the wheels claiming it to be the new A7, reports Autocar.
According to the spy shots, the tail pipes suggest it to be a diesel model that is expected to be powered by 3.0L V6 diesel power train. The front headlamps are curvy giving a menacing look to the car with an air of superiority. The doors have coupe styling even though the overall design seems to be Audi A8 sedan.
A7 falls in between the Audi A6 and A8 model and carries the “four-door coupe” shape giving more interior space for four people. The Sportsback model intends to have more space inside and a sizeable boot. The car is expected to be launched in mid-2011.
