      Aston Martin Vanquish launched in Chandigarh

      Aston Martin, the well-known sports car maker, has officially launched its flagship 'Vanquish' sports car in Chandigarh with an exorbitant price tag of Rs. 3.85 crore. Following this launch, Chandigarh happens to be the third Indian city to witness the official presence of Aston Martin Vanquish. This super sports car was recently showcased to the Chandigarh public and with this move of the company, it was quite certain that Vanquish's launch was imminent. The city is famous for its supreme devotion towards premium imported brands and is expected to set the correct tone for the company's sales target.

      According to Sanjeev Hazari, Director of Aston Martin, New Delhi, Vanquish is perfect for long distance travel but can also be subtle for routine city driving as well. He further added, “I am delighted to be unveiling Aston Martin's newest and most technically advanced car yet – the new Vanquish in Chandigarh. The new Vanquish mixes beautiful design with impressive technology such as the superb new infotainment system. This is the latest incarnation of everything Aston Martin knows, informed and developed from One-77. It is the ultimate Super Grand Tourer – confident and assured – and is the newest representation of Power, Beauty and Soul.”

      Bringing the technical specifications of this model in limelight, Aston Martin Vanquish features a massive 6.0 litre V12 engine, which is capable of producing an output of 565 bhp at 6750 rpm with a massive torque of 620 Nm at 5500 rpm. The super sports car has been enchanting audiences all over the world and is fondly referred as a 'Bond car' owing to its active participation in James Bond movies. The engineering marvel can swiftly glide from initial to 100 kmph in just 4.1 seconds, following with a top speed of 295 kmph.

      The steeply priced powerhouse is expected to cater the upper class section of Indian society and is laced with all the modern safety and performance features. For those eagerly waiting to see the Vanquish on roads, it has been reported that Aston Martin will commence deliveries of its iconic model from next year.
