This time the theme at Annual LA Auto Show Design Challenge is “Youth Mobile 2030.” The question asked to the designers was, “How will a new generation of drivers age 16-23, raised with cell phones, web cams and online communities, emotionally connect to the automobile in 2030?” the designers answered the question aptly with some of the most stunning designs and concept cars that left the visitors amazed. Take a look at the picture gallery to view the amazing designs showcased the LA Auto Design Show.

These designs are from Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Honda, Audi and General Motors. The winner will be announced at this year’s LA Show. Audi has showcased eSpira an eOra which are controlled by thoughts and makes adjustments to the minutest levels according to the pilot’s body.

General Motors’ entry Car Hero is inspired from Guitar Hero line of games that “turns driving into gaming”. Honda’s auto design showcases an exotic idea of borrowing the actual DNA from its owner and is a shape-shifting vehicle.

Nissan entry is a more fuel-efficient model that showcases the future Nissan cars which will get their power from an electrically-charged roadway called the GRID.

Toyota’s design implies that future college going students will not have any income and will largely rely on mass transit vehicles and its model Toyota Link displays the same concept.
