      88,000 units of Honda Amaze sold since its launch

      Japanese car-maker Honda has been known to deliver quality cars across global markets. The Amaze sedan from Honda has been an entry level cars in this segment that was launched in the country last April. The much received warmth and acceptance in the local market now comes with a proof owing to reports that state 88,000 units being sold in the local market since its launch in the country.

      The Honda Amaze sedan is available in petrol and diesel variants. The Petrol version is powered by 1.2 Litre i-VTEC engine that generates power of about 88 Ps with 109 Nm of torque. The diesel version is powered by 1.5 Litre i-DTEC engine that generates about 100 Ps of power and 200 Nm of Torque. Honda Amaze test drive by ARAI has stated that the sedan delivers a fuel efficiency of around 25.8 kmpl.

      The interior in Amaze is elegant and spacious, whereas the exterior looks smart and charming with well crafted chrome grille, beautifully shaped tail lamps and front fog lamps. The Honda Amaze comes with ample amount of boot space that can hold all the luggage that shall be needed during a trip.

      “Earth's Dream Technology” for laid strong foundation to a new line of aluminum based engine under its hood. Moreover, the Amaze sedan has been widely acknowledged in many of test drive reviews, which ended with a positive note in the end. Safety of the occupants have also been given vital importance by the Japanese car-maker. The car boasts of some of the interesting safety features like – Engine immobilizer, Front Seat Belt Pre-tensioner with load Limiter, Driver Seat Belt Reminder, WAVE Key, High Mount Stop Lamp, ABS with EBD and Front Dual SRS Airbags. Driving within the city traffic or cruising on the highway at high speeds, this compact 4 meter sedan has been designed to handle it with perfection.
