The 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado that was showcased at the Auto Expo 2018 has been launched in India and has been priced at Rs 92.60 lakhs. This is the 2018 MY model and brings in a mid-life update for the Japanese automaker’s baby Land Cruiser.
There are a significant number of updates for the SUV in this mid-life update which include a new face, bumpers, instrument console and upholstery. We have detailed all the changes based on the car we saw at the expo and you can read about it here.
This version of Prado is powered by Toyota’s famous 3.0-litre four-cylinder diesel producing 170bhp/410Nm powering this version of the Prado. You get a five-speed AT and AWD as standard fitment for the top spec VXL variant that is being offered in India.
The Prado is offered in India through the CBU route and goes up against the likes of the Mercedes-Benz GLS, Audi Q7, Volvo XC90 and the BMW X5 in the premium SUV segment of the Indian market.
