TVS Apache has been a popular choice among young bikers in the country. Ahead of its official launch sources have managed to snap the test mule. Though most part of the bike has been camouflaged, the instrument cluster has been been snapped up close. The bike seems to get some fresh additions from the TVS Draken concept.
The new bike could get a 200cc, single cylinder engine that would be inclined more on the performance aspect. Based on what could be seen, the new digital instrument cluster could get a tachometer on the topmost position in the panel. The display also features a gear position indicator with a service reminder indicator. The speedometer features in the centre with a fuel indicator below it. Additionally, the display also features a digital clock on leftmost corner.
The 2016 TVS Apache's instrument console also featured a 'Race On' text that looks like a particular ride mode that could likely be offered. The test mule also sported an ABS icon situated next to an high beam indicator. However, the bike did not feature an ABS ring on the disc brake thereby hinting that the safety net could be provided as optional. More details about the bike may be known at a later date.
