      2016 KTM RC390 spotted on-test with conventional exhaust system

      Bikers in the country have been eagerly waiting for the launch of KTM’s RC390 model. The new model was also unveiled at the 2015 EICMA held in November last year. This time around sources have managed to click pictures of the upcoming model on-test in India. Unlike the recently launched 2016 KTM RC390 in India, the upcoming bike shall likely get a side-mounted conventional exhaust system which could make it slightly pricier that the current one.

      As stated by sources, the new bike shall carry a prominent exhaust canister. It shall get ride-by-wire system, comply with Euro 4 emission norms, switchable ABS and a larger 320mm front brake rotor. As for the one that was recently launched, it came with slipper clutch, fuel tank vapour recovery system, always-On headlamps, upgraded radiator fans, new ECU mounts, redesigned pillion seat, improved seat cushion, superior paint and reengineered alloy wheels. The bike also features thicker disc brakes and new plastic flaps on fork. More details on the new bike shall be known in the coming days.
