2016 Auto Expo: Honda launches 110cc Navi two-wheeler

The ongoing Auto Expo 2016 has played host to the launch of an entirely new wacky looking product from Honda Two Wheeler. Its called Navi and it’s a two wheeler which you can’t really type cast. Nevertheless, the Navi is the first ever Honda model to have been designed and developed from scratch from the brand’s Indian R&D arm.

      What is it?
The Navi is a tiny 110cc two-wheeler which resembles Honda’s popular 125cc mini bike – the Grom. While the Grom is a full-on motorcycle, the Navi faces bit of an identity crises. It’s part scooter and part urban commuter and promises to offer a fun ride at affordable prices.

      Is it special?
It is special indeed. It looks interesting for a kick off. And at Rs 39,000 ex-showroom, the Navi seems quite tempting as well. Its powered by a fuel-efficient 110cc engine with Honda’s HET fuel-saving tech. Among other features there’s telescopic front suspension, tubeless tyres and dinky dimensions for stress-free riding among traffic.

      When is it coming?
Honda has made it official that it will start selling the NAVI from April 2016 onwards with ex-showroom prices starting at Rs 39,500.
