The Marvel R was displayed on 11 January at the Auto Expo 2023.

It will likely arrive in India in a single fully loaded trim level.

Features list:

On the inside, the Marvel R is loaded with tech as it gets a 19.4-inch touchscreen infotainment unit in the centre console and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Then there are features like smartphone connectivity, ambient lighting, wireless charger, nine-speaker setup by Bose, and more.

Battery pack and powertrain specifications:

The Marvel R will come with a tri-motor setup that will produce 284bhp and 665Nm of torque. The electric SUV can achieve zero-100kmp in 4.9 seconds with a WLTP-certified range of 402km on a full charge.

Safety:

The electric SUV has not been NCAP tested yet.

The MG Marvel R will rival the likes of the Hyundai Ioniq 5, BMW i4, Kia EV6, and others.
