About New Jeep Wrangler
Model launch date:
The Jeep Wrangler facelift will be launched in India on 22 April, 2024.
Feature list:
Exterior:
As a part of the update, the new Jeep Wrangler will sport a new blacked-out grille with the signature seven-slat design. The global versions have multiple roof styles and alloy wheel options. Meanwhile, the India-spec model will be offered with a hard-top roof and a choice between 17- and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Interior:
The Wrangler facelift will get a slightly revised dashboard layout with a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Further, the lifestyle off-roader will get features such as wireless smartphone connectivity, automatic climate control, powered front seats, and a digital instrument cluster.
Engine, performance, and specifications:
The 2024 Jeep Wrangler will continue to be powered by the same 2.0-litre petrol engine. It will be tuned to produce a total output of 268bhp and 400Nm of peak torque. The transmission duties will be handled by an eight-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
Variants:
The new Wrangler will most likely be offered in the Unlimited and Rubicon trims.
Safety:
The 2024 Jeep Wrangler has not been crash-tested by any NCAP yet.
