After going through all the options available in the Market we froze on a HONDA vehicle keeping in mind the Superior Quality of Vehicle and World Class Customer Care. Barely, 2 days into our purchase a rattle sound started emanating from the Engine. On going to the Authorised Workshop we were told to leave the car and the problem would be looked into. This was on a Tuesday 04.11.2014 and we were told to collect the car the next day. One day turned to be 5 days and we were handed over the vehicle on Saturday 08.11.2014 with the problem still persisting. Unable to diagnose the problem, we were told that Senior Mechanic from Chennai was being called. Its been almost 10 days hence and to date I am having to drive the vehicle with this problem as I do not have a spare car and my work will suffer immensely. What has irked me most is the indifferent attitude of the staff at your Service Centre and Dealership. Once the sale is completed, there has been total lack of support from their end. We would request you to look into this matter with utmost urgency as we really believe and trust "HONDA" failing which we would have to take an alternative course of action. Regards, Vivek Gupta.
