German car-maker Volkswagen has been known in the country to deliver cars that are modern on technology and feature good built. The car-maker has recently launched the face-lifted versions of its popular hatchback Polo and Vento Sedan in the country. To further strengthen its brand presence among new prospective buyers and serve existing customers better, Volkswagen has reportedly launched a new smartphone app that provides with vital information on sales offers, after-sales offers and provide direct access to information on network. The app is compatible with Android and IOS based devices.

Speaking more on the new app, Michael Mayer, Director Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Group Sales India Pvt. Ltd. stated, “Effective after-sales measures allow brands to build a stronger connect with their customers. This helps develop an element of satisfaction and delight that the brand aspires to achieve. We hope this new service application will help us better serve the needs of our existing and prospective customers.” The app features all the important information like roadside assistance helpline numbers, dashboard indicator explanations, labor charges at authorized centers, book test dives, and emergency contact numbers.

Apple IOS smartphone users can download the app from Apple iTunes Store, whereas Android smartphone users can download the app from Google Play Store. You can also download the app from Volkswagen India page while checking out an interesting fleet of cars.
