Toyota Kirloskar Motors has introduced roadside assistance program for its Indian customers. All vehicles invoiced from Toyota Kirloksar Motor, the company’s joint venture with the Kirloskar Group in India, with effect from April 1 would be provided three years roadside assistance coverage absolutely free within 100 kms of the dealership, the company said in a statement. The programme would cover the customer against unforeseen incidents.

Various services offered under the program include replacing a flat tyre, providing fuel in case it runs out, towing immobilised vehicle or getting spare key from home, etc. In case of an accident, the vehicle will be towed for free to the nearest dealership and the customer will be given a free ride home.
