New Car Dealerships from General Motors in India

General Motors has started its expansion plans in India. It recently inaugurated a new car dealership in Navi Mumbai entitled Nikhil Automobiles Ltd. The dealership shall provide world class services to GM customers in the region. It shall also have a workshop that would have trained GM engineers to provide quality service to its customers. The workshop shall be ultra-modern laden with latest gadgets, state-of-art body repair shop, diagnostic equipments and computerised facilities. The new dealership showroom shall also showcase the latest accessories for cars from General Motors.

"We are indeed pleased to have a dealership in Navi Mumbai to support the ever-expanding base of loyal GM India customers in the region. In all, we now have four sales points and an equal number of service outlets in Mumbai, thus taking our overall tally to 100 sales points and 104 service outlets across the country. GM India is in the process of appointing more dealers and authorized service outlets in urban and semi-urban cities to widen its network. With the opening of M/s Nikhil Automobiles, all vehicles from the stable of GM India vehicles have also been showcased at the facility.”

General Motors has recently launched Chevrolet Captiva in the market and has recorded an annual record growth of 68 percent in the year 2007. The company sees promising sales figures and profits in the year 2008 as well.
