- Toyota Innova Crysta: The Innova Crysta aims to continue its reign in the seven seater segment. Attributes like reliability, practicality, spacious and comfortable interiors and efficient powertrains, makes the Innova Crysta the best MPV in India. Available with three engine options with both manual and automatic transmissions, the Innova Crysta has a price bracket of Rs 14.44 – Rs 22 lakh.
- Maruti Suzuki Ertiga: The Ertiga is a seven-seater MPV in the price of a C-segment sedan. Powered by the tried-and-tested 1.3-litre turbodiesel unit and a new 1.4-litre petrol, with either a four-speed automatic or a five-speed manual, the Ertiga is offered in a CNG as well as the SHVS technology variant in India. Prices ranges between Rs 6.81 - 9.98 lakh.
- Mahindra XUV500: Mahindra XUV500 received a thorough update just last year. The XUV features many first-in-class features. Under the hood is a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine or a 2.0-litre diesel mated to a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. The XUV500 has a price range of Rs 12.41 – 17.54 lakh.
- Maruti Suzuki Eeco: Maruti Suzuki Versa’s replacement is the Eeco. It is as spacious as the car it replaces, with sliding rear doors and the engine positioned in the middle of the car to improve the handling and weight balance of this MPV. The car is spacious, practical, and reliable and can be had at a low cost of Rs 3.70 lakh.
- Mahindra Bolero: The Bolero is a sturdy and utilitarian car. The low maintenance, rugged and robust character of the Bolero has a demand of around 5,000 units every month. It’s got a new dashboard and instrument cluster. It’s spacious and has a 2.5-litre CRDi engine with a five-speed manual. The Bolero is in a price range of Rs 6.47 - 8.81 lakh.
- Ford Endeavour: The American SUV is now more imposing than before. It sits on the new ladder-frame chassis with improved off-road capabilities. The interiors inspired by Ford’s F-150 gets the new Sync 3 infotainment system. In India, the Endeavour comes with two diesel engine options. Prices ranging between Rs 25.29 - 34.64 lakh.
- Mahindra TUV300: The TUV300 is a sub-four metre SUV with a ladder-on-frame and rear-wheel-drive setup. With a boxy design, it looks tough and masculine. The TUV300 is available with the 1.5-litre mHawk turbocharged diesel engine, with either a five-speed manual or AMT transmission. The TUV is spacious, practical and rugged with price starting at Rs 7.34 lakh.
- Mahindra Xylo: The Xylo has proved to be compelling MUV in the Indian market. With spacious interiors, adequate legroom, and plentiful storage spaces, the Xylo is a very able machine for long hauls with large families. The 2.5-litre CRDi unit powers the Xylo, and comes with a five-speed manual. Prices ranges between Rs 8.59 – 11.29 lakh.
- Honda BR-V: The BR-V is based on the Mobilio’s platform. Power comes from two engine options – 1.5 i-Vtec and 1.5 i-Dtec. Gearbox will include a six-speed manual and a CVT for the petrol along with a six-speed manual for the diesel. The BR-V prices range from Rs 9.41 lakh to Rs 13.81 lakh.
- Mahindra Scorpio: The new generation Scorpio was launched recently. It is spacious on the inside, is reliable and built to last. Under the hood are options of two engines, a 2.5-litre mHawk or a 2.2-litre CRDi. Mated to manual or an automatic gearbox, it comes with an option of rear or four-wheel drive. It is priced at Rs 9.3 – 14.47 lakh.
