I have got an offer for sep 2007 Honda City ZX GXI for Rs 4.8 Lakhs at Chennai. The condition of the car is excellent and well maintained. Giving average of 12 KM/L with AC in city condition and 17 KM/Lt on highway. Insurance is paid and tyre condition is also OK. Only it is second owner. Shown to mechanic also and has certified the condition as good. Can you blease advise me is it worth buying

I think the price is on the higher side. And also its second owner u should bargain around 4.5
