Yes, it has been a fairly consistent complaint that the powerplant doesn't develop enough power to pull the heavy car. It won't be difficult to handle in traffic since you will enjoy the power steering, but in inclines and while overtaking, it can be frustrating.

Yes. Engine Pep is needed in City driving to pass signals in time and to move quickly to close the gap between vehicles during slow traffic movement.If the car is sluggish, it adds to fatigue and frustrations when some one sneaks in your lane due to your under power. I am experiencing in my Indigo Marina TDI, which is excellent for high way driving but miserable in city traffic due to sluggishness in crawling speeds.

Hi,
Fiat Linea is a good choice for its overall performance and reliability. Though power seems to be bit lesser compared to size of the car the performance is quite satisfactory and gives good value for money invested.
