Verna and the scorpio.
Take your choice, its either a sedan or an MUV.
So i guess the Verna is the only option.

A diesel and an automatic means that you are looking at the most expensive car option ever. It makes sense in a luxury automobile like the Mercedes or BMW. The Chevy Cruze is a cheaper option.

However for regular use, I suggest you to stick to the petrol with automatic like the SX-4 or an even simple and sweeter car the Santro Xing automatic.

If you are ready to take the trouble with a manual gearbox, the best cars to drive with a diesel engine would be the VW Polo, Ford Figo, Maruti Ritz. Take your pick.
