well i will suggest Alto or Astar. Maruti cars are low maintenance and parts are easly available. Local Garage guys can fix ur car very easily. U get service centre all over India.

My Suggestion is Alto or Santro. Less maintenance and good rideability. You may feel little discomfort in Spark.

The new Alto - cheaper and reliable, beautiful car, proven. The Vista - is a small lorry from Tata, what else? The A star a bit pricey, the Spark is not yet proven, and it is a Chevy - you're buying headaches. Strange, but your choice is easily taken care of - the Alto fits the bill.

Hey Sai, I suggest that you testdrive a car and experience it yourself before making any judgements. Thats the best way to decide. I feel the Vista drivetech4 overpowers all. I'm a big fan and this car is fully loaded with features and looks gr8 too. It will suit your budget too and will prove to be a nice family car as well. Hope you get yourself the right car. Try taking a look at surpriseyourself.in

Check out the new Wagon R with K Series engine too.
If not , Santro would be a good choice Posted: 4442 day(s) ago |

all the cars selected by u are good it would be to test drive the cars yourself and find what suits you best .santro or new wagon r would be good choice avoid alto as it too small a car and not comfortable if you are tall .generally slightly taller people do not find it comfortable exept a few exceptions.better go for the new wagon r very attractive and decent car.

The Alto would be a good choice. It is the best car in India. The other choice for a very good car in your budget would be the Ford Figo. Though small, the four-metre length of the Figo ensures a tall, purposeful look. The ride quality is quite exceptional. Ford Figo has undergone rigourous safety testing conditions and it emerges as a winner. For a complete detailed review of this car, please go to http://www.carazoo.com/ford/figo

You can compare Santro with WagonR and Alto with Spark. I am a owner of Santro Xing eRLX, I suggest you go for a Santro, the other cars are not bad, the main advantage of Santro
1. Good Look, (not box type as Wagon R) 2. More spacious Interior ( comparing to roof height and Seat width, Santro's seat width is more convenient) 3. Fuel efficiency both are almost same. yor go and check both vehicle and decide. Posted: 4439 day(s) ago |
I definitely wouldn't advise you to go for a santro because it's high maintenance. As per your specifications I think you could try the Vista Drivetech4. This car is quite good actually. Higher torque at low rpm, less exhaust fumes, fuel efficient, better driveability, spacious, large boot space. Test drive it would be my opinion.

If you want to know more about the car, you could visit their website. It's www.surpriseyourself.in I am a fan of their facebook and twitter page too. It's called 'Vista Surprise' if your interested.
