Hi frnds,
Please suggest between laura L&k automatic and jetta comfort line 2 liters engine manual(actually jetta 2 liters is only available in manual transmission).
price difference is around 1.5 lacs.....
but vw is providing warranty for 4 years and 1 lac km and skoda is providing warranty for 2 years.
some of the feautres like tyre pressure monitoring, projector headlamps,memory for driver seat setings , electrically height adjusted driver seats and last not the least automatic transmission is missing
only edge jetta is having over laura is a 4 years warranty and a better brand value
and i am actually scared of the user reviews for laura......
please help me out in finalizing .. amongst these two.

Hi,
Skoda Lura is a good option for its good lot of features,performance, stylish outlook.Though Jetta is also good in performance Lura has the advantage of cost effectiveness and proven performance.It cerainly makes a good selection as a premium sedan. Posted: 4457 day(s) ago |

Skoda Laura is a good option. Go ahead with it. It looks much better than Jetta. Moreover VW is reconsidering decreasing prices for Jetta.
Secondly, the suspension of Jetta is too hard and sometimes it look cramped when you sit inside. Have a look at another option of Nissan Teana (nice car). Thanks Posted: 4456 day(s) ago |

First of all, Laura can't be compared with Jetta as it's a Octavia class car.. Laura is always better in all aspects. Else even u can think about Hyundai Sonata Transform -CRDI, which is big, better & reliable than both of these cars.. Posted: 4456 day(s) ago |

Of the two cars you have shortlisted, go for VW Jetta without any doubts. It is a much more reliable car than the Laura, and After-Sales service is definitely better than Skoda. You can find a ton of horror stories on the net for Skodas. Posted: 4456 day(s) ago |

Go for the Jetta.
It is the 3rd most popular car for VW group worldwide,with 800000 units sold last year. I own one,and it is superb.Very well built,very relisable,smooth,quiet and economical. Looks more modern than Skoda,and will have better quality,and higher resale. Posted: 4455 day(s) ago |

go for the chevy cruze , it is the one which will affordable in all aspects and also it comes in auto transmition also, better than Skoda and Jetta.

i wld suggest you to go for skoda if you looking for performance, the avg of l&k skoda is 23-25 per ltr, secondly it is a strong car.
