The main thing to be considered are the budget range and avaiability of cars in the range.Apart from that the other poits to be considered are make amd model preferences, reliability and comfort.Generally a car can give fairl good service for about 15 years.

your selection of car depends on your buget and the features u want, your usage . generaly u should be cheking the cars bodyline ,avoid if accidental or very rusted check the pillars .then check the engine for smoke if white smoke then avoid buying such cars.u can also judge the condition by seeing the interiors this gives an idea as to how the car has been used. minor things like the condition of the cluth pedal cover the condition of swithes can give u an idea about how the car has been used.if these things are very worn out or recently replaced (generally not orignal)avoid buying such vehicle .so go ahead buy the car of ur choice .best of luck.drive safe.
