My Ford Ikon's rear shock absorbers are comfortable, but soft, so the body comes down considerably if 3 persons are seated, which hits some humps.

The best part of ford vehicles is its suspension (I guess every ford comes with Mcpherson struts). No other brand can come closer to its suspension. Get the genuine one replaced from an authorized service center.
