Among the options mentioned, Bajaj Pulsar 135 cc makes a better option. For its good combination of mileage, power and price.

I prefer Twister, best pick up, mileage, overall cute styling... prefer a red Twister with disc brake.. but the quality of the materials are poor in twister, silencer guard is in very poor thick, the fiber layer under tail lamp is very very light, alloy wheel also not that much strong... check it up and decide.

Hi, Though I own a pulsar myself, but the 135 is a different bike and only shares its name with the other Pulsars. The bike is lighter and therefore compensates for the reduced power due to smaller engine. It is certainly a better bet than its bigger 150cc sibling. It looks good, is fuel efficient and rides well. However I am not very happy with the Quality from Bajaj and that's my only reservation with this bike.

I will suggest that you go with CB twister, quality wise it will be best. all other aspects like look efficient and handling is excellent too. Only problem is the small engine. Which is by no means a slouch but is small never the less. Another problem is a four speed gear box, though very well matched, yet 5 speed would be much better.

These are your two options. If you want a bigger bike go for pulsar, if size is not in your wish list go for Twister. Both are extremely competent.

Don't even think of flame. Its no match to these two.

According to my experience I think Bajaj Pulsar 135 is the best stylish & reliable bike than all other bikes below 150 cc. Also you can expect mileage more than 50 kmpl (Mileage not only depends upon on engine type but also your riding skills). Only basic schedule maintenance is required to keep your bike healthy and fit (Change engine oil and set the engine idle rpm as per schedule, also check tire pressure after every 1000 km).
