If supposed I bought a Delhi registered second hand car, is it possible to transfer from Delhi to Bihar, what is the current procedure and how much additional cost in respect second hand car will be levied for completing the process from Delhi registration to Bihar registration, as I'm new I would like your detail help in this respect.

Hi,
For getting transfer of ownership interstate, The NOC has to be obtained from the Delhi RTO later the same can be registered inBihar withpayment of tax as applicable may be aroung 5K or depending upon RTOrules.First you have to ensureproper documentation from the Previous oenwe then only you cangoahead with long procedure of transfer of ownership.
