Hi,The maitenance cost per scheduled service of Palio 2002 would be around 6k depending upon spares replaced.

i am using palio elx ps petrol 2002 .even aafter 7 yrs i dont have any significant maintenece expense .,though my usage is less i drive about 10 k km /yr .i dont spend more than 7-8000 per yr .it is agood car but if some part needs replacement then it can be bit expensive

1)Except service no expense.
2)City 13-15 & highway 15-18 with ac. I am having 1.6 cc Petra & 1242 cc Palio too. Palio 1242 taken when launched 2001.Till date except service not a rare expense towards parts. Posted: 4940 day(s) ago |

Fiat Diesel annual maintenance can go as high as 10k/year. If you have a palio GTX then it might go even beyond 10k depending on the parts replaced. I had both the cars and replacing clutch cylinder is a common problem.
