Switch to alto because it is know as low maintenence car and good milaege car as well and if you are looking for stylish looking car than spark is better and if you look for book low maintenence and... the stretch your budget and buy the hyundai i10

There is difference if power output of Spark and Alto.Aalto has power output of 46BHP ad available at price range of 2.5 to 3.0 lac.Where as Spark has power output of 63 BHP and comes with AC and price ranges from 3.5 to 4.0Lac. Since this is your first car and your budget is 3L . I would suggest an Alto...
