Hi,
By changing carburator you canalter the quantity of airfuel mixture supplied to engine and hence as lesser fuel supplied the mileage will be more .But the power develpoped will be affected much as there will be frictional losses which wil be more for the heavy engines than that of light weight/size engines.
Overall You can fit other vehicle carburettor to bullet but the pulling power will not be as good as original one.
