The scoters like Honda Activa, Suzuki Access, etc would certainly be the best suited for your requirments.The advantage are the lighter weight, easier handling, luggage carrying fesility under the seat, decent power of around 7BHP.It makes a convenient mode of transport for safe and easier driving in city conditions.
The price of new scooter ranges from 35to 50K but if yougofor used one, you can get good conditioned scooter for around 20K.

Sir. i have not yet purcahsed . but have seen Activa used by many 40+ males .. it will be superrb... instead on bike , we have to keep our both hands & legs and also mind concentrated ...

sir .. hero honda pleasure will be best for u instead of activa .. because it is good millage .less in weight less noice . .it is cost new 42000. but u may get one year used near 28000//
