Hi:

I booked a xylo in Jan when it was launched, the dealer (Sireesh Auto - bangalore) promised to deliver the vehicle at the price it was launched even if the price goes up and has also made the statement in the receipt. He did not allot a vehicle which was booked (7 seater) until now and wants me to pay the higher price. since i was able to prove to him that they have delivered vehicles for folks who have booked after me, he claims that mahindra controls allotment of vehicle and not him. will you fight your case all the way to mahindra corporate ????

is it worth it ????
