i will like to say all riders online trading of seized vehicle is one kind of a cheating . now it devloped as a STA BASSIS means if no body buyer bid more amount than company will not give the vehicle. if ur bid will cross market value than u will be bound to take delivery.. or ur EMD forfitted... there r many negatives 1.. u cant see on starting possision .. 2 u cant see documents before payment 3 u cant get document as soon as u amount pay 4 if any mismatch in chasis no engine no u cant get refund..5 .. noc will come after a long process 6 it is not a gurranty that u will get documents so this is not a relible busness . alway instead insant busness . in payment delivery . document at a one time
