Hi,
Though Corsa is a great car, Considering the difficulty in maintenance of opel cars and lower resale value, it will be worth to exchange the same for for newer cars.However it is also equally important to consider the excange value offered by GM.If the exchange value is not satisfactory then you can sell the car to interested individuals.
