What is the current upsizing for Honda City 1.5Exi(175/70 R13)? And how it will effect the Fuel economy?

Hi,
I had a 2005 EXI model and I guess in 2005 Honda was not too focued on fuel efficent models. I was getting little over 10Km/litre. As far as tyres are concerned, I guess it is better to be with original size and incase of upgrding it was always suggested tha we can increase max by one size of the original. Please do not go for wide tyres,it will reduce the fuel efficiency.While cutting the edges you will find the stearing little heavy.It will affect the performance of the vehicle.
