I OWN A BAJAJ DISCOVER.IT HAS RUN AROUND 22500KMS.A FIBRE HAS COME OUT OF MY SILENCER.I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THIS.AND ALSO I WANT TO KNOW BECAUSE OF THIS MY BIKE WILL HAVE ANY PROBLEM.

No need to worry about the fibre. its just to decrease the noise.Any ways go to the agency if they can replace it.

I also own Discover.Same case also happened with my discover.This fibre reduces noise and vibration.m going to replace the silencer.

fibre comes means next u going loss of petrol cousption and bike will give xtra noise , slowly it end to engine repair. because ur bike will run without /low comressor.. to stope it 1/ change new silencer it may cost 4000 or go to any mech. and fillup some fibre or u may fill refrigeter glss waste (which comes back side door) and weld the silencer . u will find ur bike in old sound

Yea it happens with a lot of bikes. Dont worry. Get them to fix it under the warranty. Nothing will happen to your engine, it is only for noise reduction purposes. So dont spen too much money on it.
