I own a Elantra CRDi,which is in excellent condition, Its 2004 model and registered in 2005, i have covered 40000 kms and i have no problem at all with my vehicle. The maintenance is quite simple, just let service done at the right time and the pleasure is great. I don't now much about Sonata.

i have been owning a elantra 2004 crdi and i have done 73000km so far.so far i have spent only for routine servicing tyres and a battery.mileage is betwen 12 to 15km and it is a pleasure to drive it on highways. once i have done 900km in one single stretch and i could sit in my busy clinic the nxt day.great car.you can boldly go for it provided it is in good condition.

Elantra is a great car.. It wont give you any problems for a long time..
But the fuel efficiency on the petrol is bad..
Diesel is good..
Resale will be a problem..
If you plan to own for a long time you can go ahead..
Spare parts are not a problem, because it is a global car..
Tip: The next time you are in Bangkok or Dubai purchase oil filters and disc pads they are available for cheap..

Comparitively Elantra performance is great and parts availability is not a problem.Cost of spares is quite high and good enough for the value of car.

Hi, I am planning to buy Hyundai Elentra CRDI .I have got a deal for 2005 model .The car has ran 50k km.and the are selling the car for 4.5L.Is it a good deal.What would be the better bargain rate.Could any one suggest.
