Can someone kindly advice me as to what can I do to improve the top speed of the Kinetic Italiano Blaze? I have taken it to mechanics but they are unable to help me on this?

Hi,
The top speed of blaze is limited to max of 90 to 100KMPH. As a general rule the top speed is limited to certain speed depending upon the capacity of engine and also the max speed atwhich the body style can with stand aerodynamic effect. Which otherwise result in overturning of the scooter.Hence recommended not to worry much about top speed.
