I m planning to buy Fiat Punto 1.2 Active Model i have read almost all the reviews however they are for the desial or the higher version of Punto's petrol i know from all the review that its a great car performance wise ride quality wise however i got a real scare when i heard that the mileage of this car is 7 kms- 8 Kms Per Liter is that what is true because as per your earlier answer Maruti Swift is using the same engine but the mileage of that car is far better than that of Punto 1.2. Request you to please answer as by decision of buying would be based on your answer.

insead go for Ritze the best car for the money.

I don't know where do all these rumours come from as the grande punto is lightyears ahead then a ritz and the 1.2 petrol is a good engine and will give you excellent mileage of atleast 14 kmpl.I also own a fiat palio and my car's mileage has rarely gone below 13 kmpl.The car will give low mileage to only those people who don't know how to drive properly ( hope u get my point mr. prasad) drive properly and don't over rev ur engine and their is no reason why a car will not give good mileage.
P.s-contrary to popular opinion my palio (also a 1.2) has even given me as high as 19 kmpl with ac on,on the highway and 15 kmpl in the city Posted: 5025 day(s) ago |
