Hi,
To recognise accident repairs the main areas to be checked are the joints like that near suspension, engine mount area, body joints near brake pedals, door joints etc.In original body the joints are sealed with factory sealent and it can be easily distinguishable fromthat of welded joints after repairs. For repainted portion the shining will be better than next body portion though its very difficult to recognise with white paint, will be quite distinguishable with other colours especially with older vehicles. In many of cars chassis number will bementioned on the body behind the engine, the same will not be available for major repaired/replaced body shells. manufacturing fault so all the door got rusted from the bottom side and Mahindra body shop centre are advising to change all the doors. For this work, I have to pay only 20 percent amount of total expenses. Are these door not repairable or it is a good idea to change all doors. because they will paint all doors.
