i purchased a brand new car for commercial purpose so i taken the car in commercial and the insurance also same but the insurance company done a mistake they put an private car insurance now the vehicle got accident its repairing value is 3 lakshs, i register claim for insurance they rejected the claim what can i do? to get the claim

Sorry for what happened. But ideally you should have checked if your insurance is for private or commercial vehicle. If its the company's fault you can get in touch with senior officials or write to insurance boards.
