If you are the second owner, usual method is to depreciate the cost of the car by around 18-22% per year at the price that you bought it at initially, if the car is in a fairly good condition. That's what I was told when I wanted to sell mine. It will also depend on where you are located as the pricing changes from place to place (thought not a big difference).
I would suggest that you meet one of the Maruti True Value executives or Mahindra First choice guys to get a rough valuation done.
A rough figure would be around Rs. 1,45,000 - Rs. 1,60,000, considering that you are the second owner, it doesn't have power steering and the car has run 29,000km . The car will require quite a bit of overhaul when it reaches 35,000km - 40,000km and will cost around Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 additionally (whoever buys it now). Hope this helps.
