All similar types of wheels - alloy or steel are provided in a set of five including the spare wheel (especially if you are buying a new vehicle or exchanging your old wheels for new alloy wheels). I had Swift zxi and had been provided five alloy wheels.
I changed my steel wheels of Indica Vista to alloy wheels and I got five alloy wheels.

All new cars comes with 5 wheels including one spare wheel. Hence please ask for the spare wheel.
