We have already paid all priced amount to dealer Sonali auto Patna Bihar Rs 7.20 lakh for Mahindra Scorpio 2.6 LX CRDE MODEL on dated 22.01.2009 but still we are waiting for vehicle. Vehicle is not being delivered on promised date 31.01.09. As we talk to dealer Sonali auto Patna Bihar they tell,
There is no stock of said model (Mahindra Scorpio 2.6 lx CRDE MODEL).
Vehicle booked in name of ;--- Md. ABU ZAFER .
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GIVE US FULL ASSISTANCE .

first u contact mahindra with ur booking slip ask the reason of delay .if u not satisfy than u go next sonali auto and demand ur money with intrest .if they are not giving amount than go for legal action >> court >>police. or counsalt ur legal adviser
