Hi chandra,
Look fusion is a good car...but the problem is that ford is all set to phase out fusion from India. Although fusion is quite famous in US.
So if u r sure engine and condition is good enough to hold it for next 3 yrs...go for it.
One more thing technology ford is something you can't get it sorted from roadside mechanic. Same applies for parts and ford service stations don't provide counter sale.
I mean don't think that you can buy parts from a ford showroom and get them installed from you man.
Leaving all this aside one really enjoys driving a ford.

I agree with Mr.Aditya , fusion is a mini suv .. looks gr8 . there was a problem in the earlier edition of the fusion but now they have the refined engine .. so be sure which year car are u looking at , apart from that it's tough maintaining car the parts are expensive , not that fuel efficient ..
I don't know what price are you getting the car for ? but you are interested in a "SUV " I suggest you to look at the "MARUTI SUZUKI GRAND VITARA " it's a gr8 car .
