hi pl help me to take a decision should I buy a new car

hi, pl help me to take a decision, should I buy a new car or a used car. see, actully i am planning to buy a car only for my family use. cause, my work place is my home. i mean i operate my business from my home. and for my short business visit i have a bike. but, with two kids we are facing dificulty for goine anyware. and most important thing is this I have only 40,000/- rs. and my nationalised bank has already approved my new car loan amt. 2.75 lacs. but for the used car bank condition is not less than old and they give me only 70 percent of the car value. pl suggest me to come out of this condition and advise me any car whether its used or new what shoud i buy.
