Which among Maruthi 800 and Alto is better? What about the mantainance of both the cars? And wat is the mileage(average) I drive 400 to 500 kms a week (only on week ends that is reson i want go for petrol car)I gust need fuel efficent car with low investment..

Maruti 800 is obvious first step for two wheler owners looking for entry into car club because of its cost effectivenesss and economic fuel consumption of 18KMPL. Alto IS The next higher version with its higher power of 47BHP compared to 37 of 800 and fule economy of 17.5KMPLand its cost effective also ,Hence Alto is better choice . Maintainance of both are not a problem because of exellent customer service back up from Maruti.

I have been owning a Pulsar 150 for three years without facing any trouble from the vehicle's side. Service centres are also very helpful and customer friendly. Parts are easily available (although you will not need them in the next seven to eight years). The ride is also very comfortable and has an excellent performance (way better than a Unicorn), a good fuel efficiency and the build is also stronger than a Unicorn. So buddy without any second thoughts go for a "PULSAR".
