Verna Fluidic has ground clearance of 165MM which is quite good and suits standard road conditions.Increasing ground clearance can be increased with modification of suspension however that is not recommendable for new cars.

You can improve but with asst of technical auto engineer , you can use new suspension struts and also front coil springs , may be use same tyres will make the diff / if the front shocks with renewed height are available , using new springs , good luck , tracking will have to be adj after

What u can do is prefer 205/60/R16 tires. Just check the possibility to fix 205/65/R16 also as the wall thickness of tire will increase the diameter of the tire & hence the Ground clearance. My Sonata Gold was very low floored car with original tyres 195/65/ R15 , I have replaced the same with 215/55/R16 & the problem of scrapping over the bumps has been reduced upto 95% compared to earlier. Next time i am going to replace with 60/ 65 based on the possibility. I don't have any trouble with the handling & pick up. Only thing is the Steering wheel is bit hard. I suggest u to plz visit any of the Michelin showroom, they will advice u better. But don't change the alloy wheels at any cost.
