My suggestion is go for the Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS, it has all the features you have mentioned above.

You seem to be confused. Why would you want to even look at the Fazer when R15 2.0 is available. From the options mentioned above if thrill & pleasure is what you seek then R15 2.0 will be ideal selection. Also, Karizma R comes close second. Ignore the ZMR
